What exactly is included in the price?

The bundle price includes the interactive display, a mobile stand, a smart pen, installation, staff training and a 3-year warranty. Extra accessories (OPS module and others) are listed separately in the quote. The final scope and price are fixed in the quote.

How long does installation take — wall or mobile stand, and will the building be damaged?

A mobile stand needs no construction work; for wall mounting we use fixings suited to the wall type, so the building is not damaged. Both options are done by our own specialists. The exact date and timeline are fixed in the quote and the contract.

What does the 3-year warranty cover, where is the service centre, and what happens during repairs?

The warranty is 3 years and is handled by our own service centre, with no intermediaries. Warranty coverage, repair time and the arrangement during repairs are set out clearly in the contract. We send the service centre address together with the quote.

How does the training work?

After installation we run a hands-on session for teachers or staff: writing, connecting a screen, working with files. Training is free. The scope and format are agreed for your team.

Where is the free demo — showroom, your premises or online? Do you travel to the regions?

In Tashkent — in our showroom or at your premises. For the regions — an online demo or a visit by arrangement. The demo is no-obligation and takes up to an hour.

Can we buy via public procurement or a tender, and which documents do you provide?

Yes, we deliver via public procurement and tenders — we have this experience. For the technical brief we provide a specification, quote, certificate and other documents on request. Payment terms are fixed in the contract.

Will our existing laptop and Windows software work?

Yes. The display has an OPS slot (Windows module), and any laptop connects via HDMI or USB. Wireless connection from a phone or laptop is supported too.

65, 75 or 86″ — which size for our room?

For a regular classroom or meeting room (20–30 people) 65″ or 75″ is enough; for a large auditorium we recommend 86″. The 85″ and 98″ M6A Pro are for halls, on request. At the demo we pick the size for your room together.
