This policy explains what personal data we collect through get.horion.uz and how we use it.

Who processes the data

The data controller is Horion, the official KTC distributor in Uzbekistan (owner of get.horion.uz). Address: Tashkent, Beshqayragʻoch Street 2V.

What data is collected

Via the form: name, phone number, organisation type and region (optional). Technical: page URL, advertising tags (UTM), device and browser type, IP address.

Why

To call you back, send a quote and arrange a free demo. The data is entered into our customer management system (CRM); our staff receive a notification about a new request via Telegram.

Third parties

Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are used to measure advertising performance — the phone number and name are transmitted in hashed (irreversible) form. Data is not sold or shared for other purposes.

Retention

Request data is kept in the customer database for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by law. Technical logs are kept for up to 180 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Only authorised staff have access to the systems.
