This policy explains what personal data we collect through get.horion.uz and how we use it.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Horion, the official KTC distributor in Uzbekistan (owner of get.horion.uz). Address: Tashkent, Beshqayragʻoch Street 2V.
What data is collected
From the form: name, phone number, organization type, and region (optional). Technical data: page URL, advertising tags (UTM, fbclid), device and browser type, IP address, and Meta Pixel cookie identifiers (_fbp/_fbc), which are set when you visit the page even if you do not submit the form.
Why we collect it
To call you back, send a quote, and arrange a free demo. The data is entered into our customer relationship management system (CRM); our staff are notified of new requests via Telegram.
Third parties
We use Meta Pixel (in the browser, on every page) and the Conversions API (server-side) to measure advertising performance. Your phone number and name are sent to Meta Platforms servers (USA) only in hashed (irreversible) form, together with your IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers, and the page URL. Our staff are notified of new requests via Telegram. We do not sell your data or share it for any other purpose. We also use Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor session recording) to measure advertising performance and site usability — your on-page actions (clicks, scrolling) are recorded for analysis; personal data in form fields (name, phone) is not recorded.
Retention
Request data is kept in our customer database for the duration of our business relationship and for any period required by law. Technical logs are kept for up to 180 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Only authorized staff have access to our systems.
